Homage to the Pixel: Wound
Homage to the Pixel is Dribnet’s (Tom White) take on the iconic Josef Albers series, Homage to the Square, which began in the early 1950s. Each Homage to the Pixel piece consists of six procedurally generated overlapping squares. The colors of each square are determined by inputting the piece’s title through a machine perception engine that curates a representative palette of the title prompt. Every output displays the machine’s unique perception of inputted prompts.
