Biography
Raven Kwok is a Shanghai-based visual artist, animator, and programmer. He explores generative aesthetics through computer algorithms and software processes. Self-taught, he began programming in ActionScript and creating Flash animations at the age of 13 before being introduced to Processing in 2008. He earned a Master of Fine Arts in Electronic Arts from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2014. Kwok's works have been exhibited at media art and film festivals worldwide, including Ars Electronica, Electronic Language International Festival, Vienna Independent Shorts, Punto y Raya, Resonate and FIBER.
